Pierre-Marie GUERIN buys the company:
Technical development in the field of powder handling system for the Food Industry

Foundation of the company (manufacturing of wheat winnowers).

International Developement :
- 80% of the annual turnover in 1996.
- Opening of two new subsidiaries, Brazil and Indonesia.
- Obtaining of ISO 9001 standard

Company taken over by the Sidel Group.
Creation of the Powder Institut (test center)

- Opening of subsidiaries in Mexico, China, Singapore and Russia
- Fastening TETRA-PAK group

- Creation of DosaVision^®
